-Monitor the sales performance of assigned area
-Identify new opportunities to help the sales team achieve their targets.
-Recruit and train team leaders and sales agents to strengthen the workforce
-Submit weekly reports on team performance, highlighting challenges and providing recommendations
-Organize marketing events to enhance community awareness
-Must be willing to undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager
