Undertakes regular sales calls, maintains and ensures maximum productivity of accounts assigned
Undertakes "exploratory calls" on new accounts to maximize potential revenue for the Center
Maintains an updated Account File Record of all accounts assigned and explored at all times to ensure efficient references to all pertinent information regarding said account
Prepares Letters of Proposal to clients based on requirements of latter and coordinates these requirements to the different sections of the Center as needed
Assists the Sales and Marketing Officer in the preparation of the necessary materials for a marketing presentation and bid papers
Ensures smooth flow of operations in the Marketing Division by implementing an efficient Account Status Trace system that would allow other personnel access to assist clients of their needs in the event of absence/unavailability of the assigned Sales and Marketing personnel to that account
Conduct PICC Familiarization Tours
Monitors the inventory of promotional materials/sales kits within Marketing
Conforms to PICC policies, rules and regulations
Ensures proper upkeep of work area and equipment assigned
Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Airline Operation/Airport Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
