Support the Marketing and Sales Team in different marketing tasks. Create/Maintain Leads/Prospect database Social Media Job Posting Update database Study existing and potential clients Conduct sales via Phone / Email/ Social Media Provide initial communication with Clients Provide outbound/inbound calls in a timely and professional manner Proactively converts inquiry calls into sales Promote and ensure excellent customer service Adhering to agreed processes, meeting required work standards, target and objectives Use negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain the customers 'buy-in Participate in organizing company events and careers days Other HR related tasks that may be assigned from time to time Provide administrative support to the HR team Minimum Qualifications:
