What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and helping customers find the right solutions. In this role, you’ll:
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, networking, and social media.
- Share info about our products and prepare simple marketing materials.
- Answer customer questions quickly and clearly.
- Recommend the best products based on what the customer needs.
- Help process orders and work with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keep track of customer conversations and feedback.
- Keep customer and financial information private and secure.
- Work out deals with customers and close sales.
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism.
- Aim to meet or beat your sales goals.
- Share customer feedback with our team to help us improve.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience with tech or POS systems is a big plus).
- Great communication and people skills.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Good at spotting opportunities and solving problems.
- Comfortable using sales and marketing tools.
- Interested in learning and staying up-to-date with trends in the industry.
