Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Tourism, or related field
Experience in travel sales or marketing preferred
Excellent grammar and communication skills
Skilled in Canva and social media management
Proficient in Office tools and CRM systems
Not open to Gen Z applicants
Salary: Based on NCR SME rank-and-file rates
Work Days: Monday to Friday only (No holidays/weekends)
Employment Status: Rank & File, under 5-month evaluation
Work System: No work, no pay
