J0B QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience handling Financial/Sales Accounts.
- Strong customer and financial analytical skills with the ability to leverage them effectively
- At least Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with technology including basic computer operations
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) is a requirement

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting ad responding to Customers’ initial enquiries relating to vehicle purchases and vehicle finance.
- Processing loan applications in compliance with company policies, meeting guidelines and demonstrating lending strategies.
- Contacting and following up with clients regularly as per procedures.
- Consult telephonically with potential customers to assess their needs, collect data, verify documents and ensure the completion of applications specializing in vehicle
loans, working closely with Finance Company’s loan officers.
- Collate, complete and put forward the best possible finance application to the finance a company on behalf of our customers
- Monitoring loan processes, reviewing reports, assisting customers with enquiries relating to payments and complying with Responsible Lending Regulations.
- Coordinate deal closings, calculate repayments and relay relevant product information to customers. Sales goals and targets will be agreed upon from time to time and
will not be unreasonable.
- All new applicants for finance to be contacted within 1 business hour;
- Sign Up documentation to be accurately drawn from Finance Company’s system;
- Upsell of products, i.e. Insurance, Service, Registration & Warrant of Fitness Plans (On Road Plan), Mechanical Breakdown Insurance, Redundancy Waiver and Sickness
Waiver when applicable to clients’ circumstances;
- Any other targets set from time to time.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set time limits; as well as follow up to ensure resolution
- Conduct marketing responsibilities such as but not limited to informing customers of promotions, company and product updates, etc.
- Service existing accounts by planning and organizing the daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
- Persuade customers to reconsider cancellation should that arise
