Responsible in meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Develop a sales plan for an efficient manner of selling or bringing/pushing the product to the target market.
Leads the team in the implementation of strategic sales programs that will drive both sales volume and revenue
Leads the team in the development of promotional sales support collaterals.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Directs the team in the establishment and implementation of Sales strategies, after-sales service, and management of customers’ accounts to meet the company’s sales targets.
Coordinates closely the functions of Sales, Marketing and Processing teams for a seamless delivery of service to customers.
Develop a sales organization structure that can effectively deliver the product to the target market.
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Provide relevant and timely after-sales service to customers.
Build and promote , long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Directly coordinates with the Construction team to gather progress reports on individual housing units of buyers
Reviews pricing schemes and loans available from lending institutions to provide customers with the most desirable installment plans.
Keeps abreast of market trends and other industry practices on housing/subdivisions by networking with other members of SHDA.
Ensures the accreditation of outside sales agents prior to engagement, and monitors their sales output/production.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Design reports to monitor the group’s daily, weekly and monthly performance per product, per agent, per Team Leader/Unit Manager, and or Broker
Train and develop sales personnel that can push the product to the target market.
Develop operating procedures and sales internal controls to ensure smooth sales operations
Conduct weekly meeting with team members & or agents, Sales Team Leaders, Account Managers/Unit Managers & Brokers if necessary to discuss recent performance, sales promos, sales issues & concerns, etc.
Cross-group reporting, monitoring & feedback mechanism for market, program and product updates and data analysis.
Performs other related duties as required by the Management
Job Qualifications
With experience as Managers handling housing loan processing either in the banks or HDMF.
Preferably candidates with Sales Manager, Marketing or Sales Operations experience in real estate, construction or housing developments

Proficient in using MS Office Applications
High sense of integrity and professionalism
Should have eyes and ears for market behavior and competitor’s movement
Can present and defend the result of her/his or team’s performance
Can lead the sales team to a common direction and objective
Possesses qualities that can motivate and drive his/her team
