Job Description:
Facilitate pre-process training, short training intervention, and other training programs, as needed Conduct call listening, side-by-side, and one-on-one, real-time coaching for associates. Provide coaching and training interventions on communication and soft skills, as necessary Conduct Training Needs Analysis; Root-cause Analysis, and provide sound recommendations for training and non-training interventions Conduct training/coaching evaluations to assess training/coaching effectiveness and report on the results of the same Administer assessments Attend training and train the trainer sessions and be certified to facilitate leadership, behavioral, and/or another special training program on a needs basis Generate and submit reports on a regular basis Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. Minimum of 2 years experience in BPO training, with at least 1-year experience facilitating training on Australian pronunciation and grammar. Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word Experience in coaching on accent and grammar is an advantage Knowledge of and experience in training needs analysis, design and development, and training evaluation Knowledge of English language assessment tools Willing to work the morning shift between hours of 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM MNL URGENT HIRING
