The Sales and Business Development Manager is in charge of overseeing all sales transactions and developing new markets for the Corporation.
He/she works with the sales and marketing teams.
**Qualifications**:

- College graduate of any course
- Speaks English and Filipino
- At least 5 years of experience in sales and logistics

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**
- Takes charge of developing market through competitive pricing and new innovation
- Prospecting and profiling new clients
- Represent the company in meetings, official business, and social functions with customers and agents
- Manage RFQ and bidding requirements
- Participate in pricing (buying and selling)

**Sales**
- Secures, analyze, draft and finalizes quotation as per customer's requirements.
- Draft contracts.
- Manages Sales Executives
- Assists in ensuring clear, accurate, and adequate information obtained from the customer

**Client Retention Improvement**
- Weekly visits to old/current clients to develop new markets/services
- Work with IT and other Department heads to meet customer requirements
- Participate in any internal and external client's quality audit, orientation, or trainings
- Monitor's company's performance through performance survey.
**Planning**
- Active participation in all related industry functions (association conference / convention)
- Regular communication with international/foreign agents/partners
- Submit presentation to Top and Middle Management in relation to business trends, pricing, and competitors updates
- Identify opportunities that will lead to an increase of sales (ex: e-commerce development)

**Management Research**
- Utilize CRM module of SAP to ensure that all data (pertaining to clients and quotations) is intact and secured
- Submit weekly progress reports and presentations
- Conduct surveys of industry trends and practices which will be issued by the company for benchmarking for sales and operations
- Work with sales and marketing team
