The Role: Sales Analyst (APAC Shift) Fixed-Term
The Location: Pasig, Philippines
The Team:Supporting global sales team on pipeline reporting, bank of business analysis and opportunity to quote processes. Ensure that the sales team adhere to internal policies when fulfilling customer’s needs.
The Impact: This position will be responsible for supporting Forecasting & Pipeline Management lead, regional Ops analysts and Global Sales team including regional managers and sales reps, ensuring the data in the system is of highest quality and consistent processes are followed globally.

Responsibilities: Data quality management (50% of the time) Review, analyse and update sales opportunities to drive net sales amount accuracy (Large Workbook, Quarterly/Semi-Annual bills, New contract/cancel net opps, 999 lines) Run reports to ensure sales opportunities are reflecting accurate ownership and close date accuracy Run reports and follow up with sales managers and reps globally to clear past date open opportunities Run reports to identify and follow up with sales managers and reps globally on contracts that have not been cancelled Run reports to identify improvements across Order Administration processes impacting Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management data Territory Alignments in SFDC Pipeline Reporting and Analysis (50% of the time) Produce Bi-weekly pending renewals report Analyse the pending renewals data, create region specific reports, identify actions and share with regional ComOps analysts, sales managers and reps Drive monthly net sales reconciliation on the large opportunities globally in terms of forecasted versus actuals Complete monthly forecast variance analysis by region and prepare power point packs to share findings with senior sales management Ad hoc analysis requests related to the topic of Forecasting & Pipeline Management Minimum Qualifications:
12-months Contract! What We’re Looking For: Basic Qualifications: Strong Excel (Pivots tables, Macros, Index/If statements) Willingness to learn Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail Initiative and able to act proactively as well as be a creative thinker Prior experience in sales support, systems, sales or business analyst role Experience working with confidential information and maintaining confidentiality High degree of integrity Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently while working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and specific requirements Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports Strong written and oral communications skills a must Must be willing to work on a Fixed Term (12-months contract) Must be willing to work in Pasig City Must be willing to work on a Dayshift (9am-5pm) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred skills in using systems like Sales Force and Einstein or Tableau
