Sales Administrative Assistant

• File and maintain Buyers information folders.
• Accomplish sales confirmation document (SCD)
• Prepare membership status verification slip (MSVS) for verification of qualification.
• Prepare Credit investigation folder and request fund for processing fee and endorse to HDMF office.
• Prepare Pre evaluation folder.
• While waiting for the release of NOA and DSLT, prepare post approval folder (E – J)
• Request payment for annotation fund.
• Endorse to Liaison Staff for submission to RD for annotation of DOASPA and title.
• Attached Electronic primary entry booking (EPEB) to post approval folder for HDMF submission and for approval.
• Once approved monitor pag ibig take out voucher and schedule for pick up and report to Sales Admin. Supervisor.
