**Job description**
- Handles all customer-related concerns such us returns, delivery, customer complaints, etc.
- Collects and collates concerns of sales agents and sales coordinators
- Leads weekly sales meeting with sales agendas and present and analyze sales data
- Coordinate orders with production and warehouse
- Conducts price survey of competitors regularly
- Audits stores to check on our products, facing, and inventory.
**Job Qualification**:
- **Must be knowledgeable in accounting systems like QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP.

- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- With good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and keen to details.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
- To be based in the office most of the time.
- Must be willing to do field work on some occasions.
- Must have a pleasing or outgoing personality.
At least **1-2 years of work experience** in telemarketing or other sales-related function.
**Preferably with experience in Manufacturing/Distributor Company.
