Overview Sales Administration Manager is responsible supporting the Sales Channels in processing orders, providing quotations, and information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices, keeping track of customer information and providing post-sale customer service reports. Performs administrative duties, such as monitoring field hours of sales reps and organizing daily sales results to present to higher management. Sales Admin?s working hours are typically during office hours, although some jobs may involve working weekends. The Sales Analytics Manager reports to the Sales Services Head.
Functions
? Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information. Sales Admin Manager must be tech-savvy, as one of the duties is to develop and maintain a database that contains all the important information for both current and prospective customers. Maintaining the accuracy of this database is crucial for an efficient delivery process. ? Process Paperwork. The Salesperson generates a sale, and it is the Sales Admin team who inputs that sale through the company system. This usually involves entering data into an enterprise system, monitors end to end completion of the sales order, follow through and escalates tasks/concerns with other functional groups and can also include filing documents such as reimbursements, request for funds, liquidations, invoices, purchase request forms, service agreement forms, etc. ? Communicate with Customers. Sales Admin is involved in some customer service. If a customer has an issue with the delivery of the product, it is the Sales Admin team who takes the call and fixes the issue or escalates the issue to other functional groups until the issues are resolved. ? Update Sales Figures specific to their scope. After Sales Admin process the sales of a given day, they update the company-wide sales figures to reflect these numbers. This requires advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software. ? Prepare and Present Reports specific to their scope. Sales Admins are the ones in the office who tend to know the numbers the best, so it is their responsibility to analyze sales figures and present these findings to their management staff. ? Manages the Channels helpdesk for Channels-related inquiries and concerns. ? Collaborate with team members and members of other departments ? SPOC of Logistics for inventory and warehouse management, Corporate Admin for the regional offices? requirement, Fleet Management for the issuance and management of sales vehicles, Legal for the 3rd party agreements and Finance for sales channels expenses and disbursement.

Required:
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting or Economics. Master?s degree is an advantage.
? Previous experience in the same role with at least 10+ years and to include 5+ years in ICT industry (local and/or international)
? Strong knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
? Experience working with Legal on contracts management
? Experience in the supply-chain business
