Job Description:
1.
Generates regular sales reports and provides them to Team Leader and Sales Manager
3.
Checks data accuracy in sales orders and invoices
4.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
5.
Maintains and updates sales documents and records
7.
Communicates urgent feedback from customers internally
8.
Ensures sales targets are met and report any deviations
9.
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
10.
Assists in generating leads of prospective clients and helps to set an appointment or online meeting with the customer
11.
Coordinates the sales requirement, issues, or concerns with the relevant department to ensure that concerns and issues are addressed promptly
12.
Monitors report submission and other deliverables of the sales team
Qualifications:
1.
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2.
Preferably with at least 1 year work related experience in sales
3.
Above average communication and interpersonal skills
4.
Sales-driven and client service-oriented
5.
Must be organized and detail oriented
6.
Proficient in MS Office
