Details of the offer

Retrieve and review PO from portal, email, text, or call.
Coordinate schedule of delivery of volume accounts with warehouse team for the preparation of stocks and batch code
Coordinate sending of samples to selected accounts
Coordinate with Sales for the required PWP covering the received PO
Do periodic review of pricelist and update file – request updated list, if needed
Coordinate with Sales Admin for the Accounts with no PO submitted during their fixed schedule

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any business related course
With 1 to 3 Year(s) work experience in the related field, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industry
Computer proficient, preferably with background in SAP or any other Accounting/Inventory system
Hardworking and with keen attention to details
Willing to render overtime, specially during peak season
Willing to work in Malabon
