Sales Account Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Sales or Marketing, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. With Engineering background is an advantage.
•Required language(s): English, Filipino
•At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field of Selling is required for this position.
•Required Skill(s): Strong Selling and Negotiation skills, Passionate and Driven, Communication skills, Interpersonal and Trust Building skills
•Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales – Engineering/Technical or equivalent.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Handles a portfolio of accounts and ensures continuous business rapport with clients
•Manages, maintains, strengthens rapport with assigned House accounts
•Should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests in a timely manner
•Achieves sales targets for self-generated and group generated accounts
•Should be able to create business or sales letters as necessary.
•Should be proactive in learning the technical aspects of the company’s products to be able to explain the benefits and features of the product to the client with confidence.
•Should use an existing network of industry contacts and be proactive in deriving new leads to generate new business
•Should be able to monitor or anticipate any additional requirements of clients
•Lead project management activities
•Create and Develop New Markets
•Conduct sales presentations
•Daily Field Sales Work
•Accomplishes a Daily Field Activity report
•Submits Weekly reports on the status of accounts and transactions
•Maintains and Develops relationships with all existing clients.
•Attends Expo/Trade Exhibits when needed.
•Attends Training for self-development when required
•Performs other relevant tasks required by the Management
