Client Partners are responsible for fully diagnosing clients' needs and determining whether FranklinCovey solutions can meet those needs.
They work directly with clients to understand their goals and offer jobs-to-be-done to help them succeed.
**Responsibilities**:
Generate high-quality leads and handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns
Build a robust sales pipeline and create an accurate sales forecast
Prepare effective business proposals and drive opportunities to closure
Develop good, long-term customer relationships on existing accounts as well as prospecting clients
Diagnose and assess client needs.
Prescribe, design, and implement strategic interventions using the full range of existing or custom Franklin Covey content including its subscription service
Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database
**Qualifications**:
Experience in consultative selling, prospecting, and business-to-business contracting
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; adapt well to change
Proactive self-starter with a successful track record
