You will execute our defined inbound, outbound, and account management processes.RESPONSIBILITIES
Source, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound demand generation and lead follow-up, and outbound marketing and sales initiatives, including cold emails and calls.
Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack (inbound and outbound), including email communications, call scripts, audience segmentation and customized approach.
Outbound: Follow our outbound process to proactively research and target key customer segments and execute multi-step outbound campaigns, including cold emails and calls to convert to leads and close sales.
Gather, actively listen, and completely understand customer needs and requirements while always updating sales & CRM tool with relevant information.
Execute account-based strategies and tactics to identify key players within prioritized accounts and to generate demand across inbound, outbound, and existing customer accounts.
Route specific qualified opportunities, following guidelines, to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Set up sales calls, as needed, between customers and sales executives and close individual sales to achieve monthly quotas.
Listen for pain points and sales cues to provide recommendations and convert calls into additional product and service upgrades.
Update all necessary systems – Sales, CRM, Marketing – with required data and information, including but limited to customer communications (emails, calls) and account information (key players, key developments of organization).
Proactively manage your schedule, leads pipeline, and campaigns to meet milestones and quarterly objectives.
Routinely follow up on leads to meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas, key performance indicators, and other departmental objectives.
Work with the marketing and demand generation to position and drive better conversion of leads to opportunities

QUALIFICATIONSProven inside sales experience and track record of execution of sales processes and over-achieving quotas.
Approximately 3+ years relevant solid medical/science/outbound sales or account management experience with a proven record of success.
Experience working with sales preferably in science and laboratory field.
Must be tech savvy and be comfortable giving online demos via screenshare, communicating with contacts via email, developing sales proposals, and answering all questions – Knowledge in Skype for business or Microsoft Teams is preferred
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Proven experience in professional services industry sales or account management
Driven self-starter with strong initiative, high confidence, relentless energy, and unwavering optimism.
Ability to thrive in a competitive, numbers-driven, performance-based environment and proven success meeting and exceeding sales goals in a highly performance-driven environment.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity metrics: # of Calls per week/ # of leads per week
Strong email and phone presence skills and experience emailing and dialing dozens of emails/calls per day with special attention to personalizing and customizing to the target.
Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically via telephone and email by utilizing active listening and clearly and articulately speaking to customers. Effectively and persuasively communicate value propositions and the win-win of our solutions.
Active experience in creative lead generation and prospecting based on target client lists.
Strong organization skills and time management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must to successfully relate to your customers, as well as your team.
Outgoing and confident personality for phone sales and customer service.
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
