**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement safety policies that helps to reduce accidents and losses due to declining of productivity.
- Conduct inspection inside-out of production to determine hazards and to regulate possible risks.
- Ensure all people workings are properly incorporate with PPE or Personal Protective Equipment.
- Conduct yearly compliance with BFP.
- Investigate root causes of accident for future prevention.
- Trained and conduct orientation for new employee.
- Have the authority to stop and prevent unsafe actions; stop the use of unsafe equipment and tools.
- Improve safety in all facilities through signages.
- Conduct meeting for hazards review and system improvement.
- Comply and follow government regulations.
Qualifications:

- Graduate of 4 year course preferably Engineering courses
- With at least two (2) years of related experience
- Certified Safety Officer 3, has completed the mandatory forty (40)
- hour OSH Training course applicable to the industry, additional forty-eight (48) hours of advanced / specialized occupational safety training course relevant to the industry,
- Have the ability to employ principles, use knowledge and integrate concepts of Environment and Health Safety into real life situations in the plant.
