Conducts Monitoring on CAPA implementation
Monitors and Validate OPEN CPAR/ICAR for closure
Conduct Prerequisite Training (GWP,GDP,Inbound Receiving,Mock recall Etc.)
Supports QA JWS during Monthly Quality Audit
College Graduate – any four (4) year course
Computer literate, good in record keeping/management
Above average communication Skills, good coordination skills
