Safety Officer 3

Job Responsibilities:
Administrative Task
Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs.
Plan scheduled maintenance activities.
Provide prompt assistance and friendly services to tenants
Initiate improvement, cleanliness, upkeep and order in the facilities
Report development and issues to the building’ board
Implement standards of safety, cleanliness and order in the building premises
Process necessary building permits.
Handle and monitor building utilities expense
Monitor equipment moves and maintenance, and make changes to procedures.

OSH Duties
Develop, train others, enforce, and audit safety standards and regulations.
Document safety policies, training, regulations, compliance, and adverse events.
Conduct walkthroughs and formal audits to evaluate safety needs and policies.
Daily monitoring of safety policies and procedures
Daily inspection of areas and facilities
Checking of field areas.
Monitoring of safety practices
Daily coordination in different department related to safety
Maintenance and compliance of safety trainings
Safety coordination in building and fieldworks
Prepare and review Safety manual and reports.

Job Qualification:
Certified Safety Officer 3
With certificate and training as safety Officer of the company
With experience in conducting safety training and orientation to employees
Willing to do site duty or act as the safety officer of company's site projects.
Knowledgeable in OSH Standard of the Philippines.
With experience in Building Administration

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

13th month salary
