Are you looking for an opportunity where you will be an essential member of an expanding team?Optimum Source, Inc. is currently looking for Ruby on Rails Developer to join our new /pioneer team here in Ortigas.
Job Responsibilities:
Full-stack development with a primary focus on back-end.
Develop new features and functionality.
Provide peer code reviews.
Assist with dev ops.
Grow with the team.

Qualifications:Willing to go the extra distance for team growth and success.
Expert with Rails development. You will be a leader in this stack and must have excellent skills.
At least 5 years of professional Rails experience with no other prior development experience; at least 2 years of professional Rails experience with significant (5+ years) other development experience.
Passionate about RSpec and Capybara tests.
Experience with Postgresql, Javascript and Coffeescript.
Demonstrable ability to lead discussion of development and architecture topics while doing so in a constructive, team-oriented manner.
Strong advocate and practitioner of deliberate, methodical software implementation (e.g. SOLID) and compelled to lead adherence.
Self-starter and driven to share new discoveries and insights with the rest of the team.
