The RPA Technical Lead provides deep technical expertise in managing and developing RPA in the UIPath environment including configuration, development, research, troubleshooting, and user support. This position applies proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues as well as escalating appropriate issues to UIPath for troubleshooting and resolution.
Creates governance documentation and processes, architects and develops the solution.
Maintains Orchestrator's performance and lifecycle by performing monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting robots problems;escalating problems to Regional, Global or Direct to Vendor Support.
Secures RPA by architecturing system access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation.
Architects complex solutions in compliance with corporate standards and integrating with several applications.
Manages and owns the Orchestrator environment efficiently with multiple tenants, bots, processes and users with established lifecycles.
Job Responsibilities:
Architects and develops automation scripts using UIPath RPA solutions, leveraging robust solutions using the REFramework to utilize queues, monitoring and self-healing activities
Develop code that is re-usable and shared within the organization under the Library, within proper versioning and granularity. Includes developing solutions in Excel, SharePoint, Powershell and other technologies to deliver sustainable automations
Contribute to internal and global project efforts including environment upgrades, migrations, data gathering and analysis, communicating and enabling RPA features, and releasing new automation
Participate in the BPA, SDD and architecture of solutions supporting the overall organization
Administer the Orchestrator engine that drives configuration and control of the UIPath environment
Research and address root cause of failed operations and scripts. Escalate as necessary
Proactively analyze logs, events, and warnings to identify and communicate abnormal situations or incorrect configuration
Work with UIPath communications manager to identify upcoming changes to UIPath functionality
Mentors other developers and promote collaboration, standardization and coach the RPA community on capabilities and use cases
Maintain RPA documentation, exception lists, and procedures
Flexibility in work schedules, including evening, weekend, holiday and rotating shift requirements (scheduled in advance)
Enable follow-the-sun support model with Akron and Luxembourg associates

Job Requirements:
Education & Certification:
At least IT Bachelor Degree, or equivalent experience. Customer-oriented attitude, strong work ethics, integrity and accountability for assigned tasks. Proven work experience supporting enterprise scale RPA systems
MIS Degree, At least 1 Recognized IT Certification, ITIL Training, UIPath Certification (desired)

Experience:
5-7 years of experience with the following:
? UiPath Orchestrator administration
? Development of RPA scripts using UiPath
? Business Process Analisys
? Incident resolution for a user population
? Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation
? Experience with SQL
? Solid understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure
? Familiarity with ERP systems and APIs
? Demonstrated successful experience in developing efficient and effective solutions to business problems.
Knowldege, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven experience in a RPA administrator role. Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of RPA infrastructure. Experience with scripting, log analysis, customer support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired. Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking. Exhibit enthusiasm, patience and attention to detail. Excellent customer service engagement.

Operations and Support:
Perform daily RPA and automation system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all automation, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, email notifications, Microsoft Teams cards, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
Manage incident queue proactively to quickly and effectively provide resolutions to our internal customers
Identify, troubleshoot, and address root cause of all automation issues (warnings, failures)
Drive resolution of technical, procedural, and personnel issues leading to automation failures
Repair and recover from hardware or software failures
Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies
Suggest improvements to existing systems and monitoring that could reduce downtime, increase automation performance, and increase team productivity

Maintenance:
Develop enhancements (patches and upgrades) on a regular basis and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary
Upgrade and configure system software that supports IT Security applications or Asset Management applications per project or operational needs
Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
Adhere to all ITIL procedures including incident, problem, and change management
