*Manage, monitor and track the progress of subcon to secure the right of way permits for the installation of poles/excavation permits
*Do communication management with customer on the progress of right of way permits
**Requirements**:
1.
Have a pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills
2.
Have background on ROW negotiation (preferably) and or sales experience
3.
Have good communication and presentation skills
4.
Preference, have background on outside plant but not necessary
5.
Computer literacy especially in windows, excel and word
6.
At least completed any college degree program
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort Bonifacio: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
