Qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably with background in Telecommunication/Construction Industry
- With good analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Must be willing to assign in any site project located in Pampanga, Pangasinan, Lucena, Bulacan and other location in NCR, CALABARZON, North,Central and South Luzon area

Job Responsibilities:
- Investigation of permit requirements prior to project
- Secures all related permit prior to project implementation both government and non
- government organizations
- Negotiates to reduce pricing of permit management
- Performs and submit reports, documentation and accomplishment
- Performs other that may assign from time to time

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends
