Roving Coordinator

Minimum Qualification
* Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent
* Proven experience as a sales coordinator or any related role
* Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem solving
* A team player with a high level of dedication
* Experience in wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage
Job Description
* Liaise to assigned store branches and monitor sales representatives
* Ensures the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
* Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
* Coordinate sales team by managing schedules and communicating relevant information
* Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
* Responds to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
* Assist the sales team in focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distributions of any sales documentation
* Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
* Demonstrate and explain products, methods or services in order to persuade customers to purchase products or utilize services
