University degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position in sales preferably in RTM function with FMCG company.
Fluent in oral and written English. PC knowledge: MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel) very well and preferably Project Management
Conduct Route To Market (RTM) study of different FMCGs RTM and proposed model.
Develop and design execution plans for RTM models including processes, cost planning and analysis on a regional and national level.
Work in close collaboration with Distributor and field managers on identifying distributor developments programs to address gaps for improvement both operational and employees.
Conducts analysis and insights of distributors short term/long-term performance related KPI & DP financial health.
Responsible for recruitment and creating a pool of potential DPs.
Review and evaluation infrastructure aligned with the agreed annual strategies
Understand distributors actual operations and validate infrastructure vs plan. Facilitate process of all incoming and outgoing DP's for seamless transition and timely processing of claims.
