As a Rewards Expert, you will be at the core of managing rewards and benefits activities and processes to JTI in Philippines and across Asia.
You will ensure the quality and efficient delivery of rewards and benefits-related administration services to all stakeholders.
You will point-of-contact for rewards and benefits data to support decision-making processes.
You will work hand-in-hand with the Rewards HR Specialists by ensuring the validity and accuracy of data and transactions.
You will lead in shaping, documenting, updating, and improving operating procedures, and also in identifying opportunities to improve rewards and benefits processes and activities.

A college graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any related field
Experienced working in a multinational company with a similar role for at least 4 years. Having hands-on experience in SAP HR, rewards, and benefit is an advantage.
Well-versed in rewards and benefits plan in both local and international field. Having knowledge in SAP CRM and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
A reliable team player with a strong customer service mindset and has cross-cultural sensitivity.
A detail-oriented and flexible professional who is keen in details and has a proactive attitude.
An excellent communicator with a strong command in English
