Qualifications:Education
Graduate of a college/university course.
Science course graduate is preferred.
MA degree is an advantage.
4-8 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner (practitioner) or a Consultant with specialization on Total Rewards

Job Description:Project management and implementation of HR consultation services, especially on “Total Rewards” (i.e. job evaluation, salary structure design and implementation, benefits design and implementation, etc.)
Collect information, analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and determine causes
Formulate and present recommendations and solutions to client to address requirements/issues
Prepares concise reports
Negotiate timelines/deliverables with clients
Conduct project team meetings
Conduct sales and marketing activities: annual sales target is Php4M
Update marketing materials
Visit potential clients and identify their needs
Make proposals o Follow-up and negotiate for the specs and fee
Assist Senior Consultant/Manager/Sr. Manager in development/ enhancement of the HR programs
Research on latest global HR topics
Act as resource speakers during company sponsored seminars
