**TENXROI **is currently hiring for **RETENTION SPECIALIST** to join our tech BPO / creative software company.
This position is for someone who has exceptional communication and organizational skills pay attention to detail, can easily identify problems and provide resolutions, can work efficiently under mínimal supervision, and is able to identify customer pain points and negotiate accordingly.
Also, to accelerate the learning curve and improve the quality and retention of new hires.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

? Communicate with customers and sales representatives.
? Analyzes customer behavior thru empathy and listening to their concerns

? Gathers information about customer complaints.
? Develop aggressive retention strategies based on customer feedback.
? Negotiate with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
? Meet with the sales team to propose customer retention solutions.
? Write and present customer behavior reports and history.
? Build positive rapport with customers and business associates.
**MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS**

? Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field

? Experience working with a B2B SaaS company (preferable)

? At least 3 years of experience in a call center

? Experience working in Retention or Sales

? Excellent communication skills

? Stellar command of English verbally and in writing

? Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

? Strong ability to resolve problems quickly

? Strong ability to perform well under pressure

? Self-motivated team player, able to set priorities and manage deadlines

? Flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities

? Strong ability to multitask and prioritize

? Can-do and cheerful attitude

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
