Retail Store Supervisor

Job Description:
The Retail Store Operations Supervisor oversees and ensures smooth operations of all company-managed and franchise stores, deals effectively with subordinates, support services for retail for product and trade transactions and provide store sales strategies, tactical and technical responsibilities.


Provides leadership, coaching and process improvement initiatives that are necessary to improve the operational efficiency of all company-managed and franchised stores
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 4-years working experience in retail store operations in a supervisory capacity Must be knowledgeable in over-all store operations Willing to work in MM and Laguna
