Retail Store Supervisor

Job Description:
Manage the store operations Ensures the profit maximization and meet the store’s monthly target Responsible in handling customer inquiries and complaints Ensures the implementation of all pricing, signage and store displays are correct at all times Maintains inventory and ensure items are in stock Ensures handling of cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, providing change, sorting and securing cash Ensures standard for quality, good service and customer service are met Assists technicians on coaching and motivating to achieve sales targets Responsible in maintaining store’s cleanliness and health and safety Coordinates with management regularly for any changes / improvements in the store Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all technicians reporting to them Execute marketing and merchandising initiatives Minimum Qualifications:
Must have finished a bachelor's degree Must have at least 2 years experience managing other people Must be willing to be based in Dalandanan, Valenzuela Interest in the Automotive Industry is preferred
