Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting and opening of new accounts
- Drive and deliver sales activities to achieve sales profitability
- Proper assignment of people and and appropriate use of resources
- Identification of sales trade by conducting regular market visits in order to increase sales
- Work in partnership with HR in staff related issues such as performance management through coaching and counselling, enforcing policies, career development and general leadership
- Achieve sales objective, preparing and completing action plans
- Willing to travel extensively on the need arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or any related course
- At least 2 year-experience in the same field is required for this position
- With strong selling skills
- Can identify market opportunities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and presentation skills
- Problem solver especially in crisis situation
- Output oriented
- Must be fully vaccinated
- She/He will handle all branches and new accounts (SM North Annex, Galleria and SM Megamall)

**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends
