Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Description:
Recruitment and Supervision of concession promodiser Ensure concession store attain sales target Periodic store visits to monitor display areas Facilitating pull outs of damages and overstocked items Coordinate with concession store area managers Prompt action on area concerns Ensuring submission on time of daily sales reports and inventory reports Ensures that all Promodizers concerns are taken cared of Stock inventory audit ( on occasion as needed ) Monitor and report competitor activities Distribute promotional materials to stores such as brochures/ catalogues / banners / price lists / sale announcements Follow up on customer orders / collections as may be requested by sales agents / sales manager Periodic store visits to monitor Kyowa display Survey and report competitor products/ price positioning Solicit and relay customer concerns/comments/complaints to Head office / Sales manager Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of any Business related course Must have 3-5 years related work experience specially in RETAIL SALES. With strong Sales background Possess supervisory skills in handling & assessing sales personnel Must be able to prepare accurate reports and compose correspondence Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Disciplined, trustworthy and has the initiative to perform more than what is expected A team player with high level of dedication Good computer skills
