Job Description & Responsibilities
Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with discovery of electronic cigarettes.
Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about the e-cigarette product and conduct a guided trial
Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services.
Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns and replacements in line with the company's consumer-centric principles
Qualifications:
College Level
Confident & Charismatic
Good to Excellent English Communication Skills
Have Sales/Retail Sales Work Experience
Work Deployment: Mall (SM/AYALA MALLS), QC, Pasig, Makati, Paranaque, Batangas, Lipa, Cebu, Davao, Las Pinas, Alabang
Work Status: Regular Employment
