**JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance and assist with the discovery of IQOS
- Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products, about IQOS and conduct a guided trial
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, assisting with customization and database registration & after-sales services
- Provide exceptional customer service experience by executing product diagnosis, returns, and replacements in line with IQOS consumer-centric principles

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Confident and charismatic, has an excellent communication skills, with above average English-speaking skills
- Passionate about starting or advancing your career in Retail Sales
- Experience in working from an upscale lifestyle retail shop is an advantage
