The position is responsible for assisting customers and actively attending to their needs.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities


Provides fast and friendly service to all customers after assessing their needs; Efficiently handles customers inquiries by describing or explaining to them the features and benefits of merchandise being offered at the store; Handles customer complaints when necessary or endorses them to the store head to ensure customer satisfaction at all times; Helps maintain upkeep, and cleanliness of the store Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably 2 years in college With related work experience in a retail environment; Highly familiar with customer service standards; Strong personal interest and understanding of the luxury fashion market With Pleasing Personality Experience in Retail Fashion will be prioritized Willing in Shifting Schedule Can Start ASAP!
