We are looking for someone who will:


Execute and uphold retail store operations and abide by good manufacturing practices Represent the company through direct interaction with the customers Maintain the upkeep and comfortable environment of the store to enhance customer experience Address customer concerns in a personal but professional manner while keeping the company's best interest in mind Ensure proper handling, storing, merchandising, and packaging of products Continuously find ways to improve existing operations to become more efficient and serve our customers well Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Psychology, Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or Communications Must have a strong commitment to being organized, and accurate Must be a critical thinker and proactive problem solver, who cares about people and has passion for excellence Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook
