**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sales documentation from Customer Job Order to Collection.
- Accept & Document complaints or returns.
- Assist Sales Manager in preparation of samples, letters, and pricelist.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Inquiry Management collection of Sales, text, Call, or online platforms.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry from retail, manufacturing, or food service industry.
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in both English and Filipino.
- Must be customer-centric and natural willingness to help others.
- Has the ability to multi-task.
- High reliability and accountability.
