Retail Account Representative For Customer Service

As a Retail Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with retail partners and driving sales performance. Your key responsibilities include:

Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail accounts to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.

Sales Strategy Development: Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize product visibility and sales in retail locations.

Performance Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing insights to optimize account performance.

Collaborating with Teams: Coordinating with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to ensure effective execution of promotions and
product launches.

Resolving Issues: Addressing any account-related issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Reporting: Preparing regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
