- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and concerns
- Support the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, including upselling and promoting menu items
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Assist with training and developing new staff members to ensure excellent service standards and high levels of job satisfaction
- Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and health and safety regulations
