Adherence to Standards
1. Ensure that front and back of house duties including opening and closing procedures are followed and implemented.
2. Ensure all cash handling procedures are upheld.
3. Assist the Restaurant Manager and/or Assistant Restaurant Manager in planning and executing all marketing and sales promotions effectively.
4. Provide guidance and set an example to team members to ensure that company policies, store policies, standard operating procedures are maintained and followed.
5. Maintain a clean, organized and stocked outlet.
6. Consolidate orders from Kitchen and Bar then forecast other requirements of the outlet to maintain inventory.
7. Establish and maintain effective and positive communication among all team members.
8. Promote and maintain safe practices at work and report potential safety hazards and operational inconsistencies.
9. Ensure all team members follow the service standards of the company.
Customer Service
1. Ensure excellent customer service and absolute customer satisfaction of our guests.
2. Regularly monitor and coach team members to consistently achieve the company’s standards in customer service.
3. Recommend solutions to customer complaints, solve escalated customer complaints and satisfy customers in various situations.
4. Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction regarding their overall dining experience.
5. Ensure that all team members are educated of our products, latest promos and that they display product knowledge by sharing information to our guests.
Operational Efficiency
1. Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
2. Assist the Restaurant Manager / Asst. Restaurant Manager in manpower scheduling.
3. Ensure staff members get to take a break and that positions are maintained per shift.
4. Maintain and manage the strict guidelines of waste reduction and avoidance of spoilage of products/resources.
1. Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
2. Attend meetings when necessary or when Restaurant Manager / Asst. Restaurant Manager is not around.
3. Assist the Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager in planning and scheduling programs and projects that are aligned with the values of the company.
4. Keep updated with announcements from the Head Office and properly communicate to key persons or teams involved in the respective outlet.
1. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
