Restaurant Manager
- At least three (3) years' experience in same position in a 5 star Hotel, cruise ship or equivalent experience of Fine Dining Operations
- Working knowledge in large scale Handling, Preparation and Execution.
- Must be a team player and a leader by example.
- Must have the great leader skills, check list system and daily briefing reports.
- Must have knowledge in food safety and hygiene standards.
- Must have extreme welcoming personality for both guest and staff.
