JOB SUMMARY:Restaurant managers are responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of restaurants and for managing their employees. Maintains the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for achieving budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labor costs and profitability.Responsible for analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition.Manages day operations of the restaurant within budget and to the highest standards.Identifies customer's needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.Prepares and submits report to management regarding sales results and productivity.Complies with all health and safety regulations.Sets daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the kitchen and front of the house.Hires, trains, evaluate and terminate food services staff and disciplines employees.Keeps tab on food cost, waste and employees hours.Creates best dining experience possible for customers.Reviews the service and product range to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained.Designs exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.Establishes targets, schedules, policies and procedures.Establishes department standards, guidelines, and objectives and maintains other administrative processes.Makes sure that food and drinks are well-stocked, servers are prepared and customers are satisfied.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.At least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Good Communication Skills, Excellent Customer-Service Skills, Organizational Skills, Creative.Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.Willing to be assigned in Chino Roces Ave., Makati City
