Minimum of 2 years full service restaurant experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager level required.
College Degree or equivalent required, some college preferred.
Basic Food Safety certification is required.
HACCP Certification is a great advantage.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work longer hours. Reliable transportation required.
