Responsibilities of the Residents
* Patient Charts: proper and complete charting
* Patients Logbook (Clinic)
* Personal Patients Logbook for checking (every first Tuesday of the following month)
* Patient Scheduling i.e.
follow-ups, rotation changes
* Referring system to Consultant or Senior Reside
