Position: Korean Luxury Reservation Specialist

Location: Makati City
Salary: P 40,000 - P60,000
Work Schedule: Shifting

Requirements:
?Filipino who can speak both English and Korean fluently
?At least high school Graduate
?Customer service experience is a plus but not required
?Can start working asap

Responsibility:

?Assist VIP clients through email, chats and calls in booking flights, events, concerts and for booking sports
?Handle calls, emails or chat from VIP customers with regards to their lifestyle and personal aviation or air transport.
?To ensure that no ignore calls, emails, or messages from customers.
?Attend to their inquiries or concerns in timely manner.
?Provide efficient and high-end services to the VIP customers
?Make sure that the customer concerns are deliver in very efficient and effective way.
