Primary Responsibilities:
Wells Fargo conducts a reasonable investigation using relevant information on all FCRA consumer disputes received within 30 calendar days of receipt or by the date the CRA identifies as the due date for Wells Fargo’s response. The investigation process includes the following:
An authentication of the consumer identifying information.
A review of all images, documentation, and information provided by the CRA and the consumer including the FCRA Relevant Information field.
A comparison of the disputed information to all available information in all SOR that could contain information relevant to the consumer’s dispute.
A review of underlying internal documentation relevant to the dispute.
Documenting the SOR in all scenarios; including documents reviewed that were relevant to the investigation, all SOR reviewed, and the outcome of the decision.
Job Description:
Team Members in this role is responsible in researching and responding to customer inquiries regarding their WF trade line reported to credit reporting agencies for credit card portfolios. The work involves account and customer information research and update within committed turnaround time.
Responsible in receiving and closing moderately complex processes or functions. Completes work assignment within an established set of internal guidelines and compliance/regulatory requirements. Performs a variety of operational tasks such as entering transactions, updating information, verifying accuracy, and resolving customer issues using multiple resources or online systems. Tasks require coordination of information with various internal and external customers for case resolution/closure.
Market Skills and Certifications
Finished at least second year college
With at least 2 years of BPO experience
Willing to work night shift and shifting schedules
Willing to be assigned in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
