Market Job Description

2+ years experience with customer contact in financial services environment, to include 1 year experience in research/investigative work

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in receiving and closing moderately complex inquiry/dispute.
- Completes work assignment within an established set of internal guidelines and compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Performs a variety of operational tasks to validate customer's credit card disputes using available resources.
- Participate in development opportunities to ensure the understanding of current business policies, procedures & guidelines.
- Reports observed trends in relation to possible risks.

Market Skills and Certifications

- At least 2 years of tertiary education
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Customer Service Representative (or similar) in a BPO environment Preferably, with experience handling a financial campaign
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
- Willing to work in McKinley
