He/She must be able to convey the necessary information to all the people involved in the projectEnsure smooth implementation of the projectResponsible for writing Questionnaires (Quantitative Studies) and Discussion Guides (Qualitative Studies)Responsible on all aspects for the Research Processes: Meeting with Clients for better understanding of the Business ObjectiveAttends project briefing Monitoring of field progress (participate in fieldwork observation)Report WritingProvide Analysis and RecommendationPresentation of Research ResultsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communication, Communication Research or equivalentAt least 1 year of working experience in the related field is an advantageExcellent communication skills (both in English and Tagalog)Must be willing to work under minimum supervision and under time pressureMust be willing to go on fieldwork and work long hoursStrong analytical skills for Data Analysis and Report WritingAmbition and desire to succeedKeen on details/observantProficient in Microsoft Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledgeable in graphical display of data)With good moral character
